Every service in the catalog is priced in SCUs — the catalog speaks only SCU, and this page is where the euro conversion lives. An SCU buys a unit of delivered work: a page, an integration, an hour of fleet-plus-operator time, scoped in advance. Heavy AI services also meter tokens under the hood — the compute your work actually burns — and your dashboard shows both: SCUs ordered and consumed, and tokens burned producing them. SCUs are what you spend. Tokens are what the work costs us to run.

A Building is a custom-architected tenancy: as many operation spaces, fleet lanes and named agents as your operation calls for, scoped with you, still priced in SCUs, still month-to-month.

Rollover policy

Included monthly SCUs roll over for up to three months, and your wallet caps at twice your monthly inclusion — so unused SCUs don’t just vanish at month-end, but they don’t stack forever either. Topped-up SCUs don’t expire while your tenancy stays active. Every plan is month-to-month: no annual lock-in, cancel anytime.

FAQ

Why not unlimited?

Because “unlimited” is how agencies hide the real cost of your account. Every SCU is priced, every order gets a fixed quote before work starts, and you can see exactly what you're spending and on what. That's the trade: less marketing, more honesty.

What exactly is an SCU?

A Service Consumption Unit, worth €1.00 flat. You're a tenant — your house needs tending, and everything the house consumes is measured in the same unit: a page, an audit, an integration, a fleet working your queue. One currency for the whole catalog, so you can compare anything to anything.

SCU vs tokens — what's the difference?

SCUs are what you spend, set by us in advance for a scoped deliverable. Tokens are the underlying AI compute a service actually burns while our fleet does the work. You never pay per token — your dashboard just shows you both numbers, so nothing about the work is a black box.

Can I leave anytime?

Yes. Every tenancy plan is month-to-month. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee — you cancel, your operation space winds down cleanly.

Who does the work?

An AI fleet handles the bulk of the delivery, and a human operator reviews and signs off before anything ships to your queue. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

What happens to unused SCUs?

Included monthly SCUs roll over for up to three months, capped at twice your monthly inclusion. Topped-up SCUs stay valid for as long as your tenancy is active — they don't expire while you're a tenant.

What if I outgrow the Floor?

Then you build a Building. Beyond the Floor plan there's no fixed card — we architect your tenancy around your operation: as many operation spaces, fleet lanes and agents as it takes. Custom-scoped, still priced in SCUs, still no "unlimited".
